Mr Scott did his excellent job on updating the arrival of CR/V 2023. I appreciate his regular follow up on it. Mr Matthew is very cordial, sincere answering all the questions I had before the purchase. I would like to thank him the follow up on my inspection sticker and taking care of my registration. Victor the salesman was amazing! Best salesman I could have asked for! He was always I point with what he said and I felt like I was in good hands! I would have given Bernardi a 5/5 if not for the finance guy Cameron. This is why I gave 4/5 because it was an amazing process, other than him. I had to use their bank because they didn’t offer my bank which has much better rates (dcu). He gave me incorrect info telling me I couldnt re-fi with my bank for at least 6 months. I looked into it, and found that was wrong. I then called him a few days after picking the car up and he was very rude to me. Very rude! if not for him my experience was amazing. Sorry for giving only 4/5 for the dealership but this is my opinion and Cam was very rude to me on the call and gave me wrong info. I’m going to be honest. But the salesman visitor, best in the business. More
