I’m in love with the service I got from sales department my sales person Angela sam was very easy going. She was understanding and she took her time to listen to all my problems with my old car to get me in my sales person Angela sam was very easy going. While my car mechanic was installing a trailer hitch a few weeks later, he noticed some frame and rear bumper support damage. At the time of purchase, the CARFAX that was provided to Bernardi and me had stated that there was a previous “minor” rear-end accident; however, there was no visible damage until the car was put on the lift and mufflers lowered. I took the car back to Bernardi, and Service Tech Rob confirmed the damage, and sent me videos of what his inspection found. The repairs were then made by Bernardi, at no expense to me! They even arranged substitute transportation. Throughout the whole process, Bernardi employees were friendly and reassuring. I wanted to buy a new Honda CRV 2023, Scott Wells store Manager said he will accept my 2015 Civic and pay for the rest of my previous loan as the deal. The day I went to do the paper work, Scott was not th Manager said he will accept my 2015 Civic and pay for the rest of my previous loan as the deal. The day I went to do the paper work, Scott was not there and another Store Manager said the deal was not legit since the beginning and will not honor what the Scott said in first place. My frustration goes with the miss communication as I asked Scott multiple times about the deal and he confirmed. When I was doing the Math for the finance, I figured out they were lying. All the numbers didn't match and the Second Manager (Sinan Salie) was acting like he was doing a favor to me for the sale. I had to waste 4/5 hours. Worse attitude I ever seen. They say whatever to make you sign off the deal. I hope they refund the money I gave as the deposit. More
