I needed to bring back my car since all the work was not completed (as I understood it). My understanding and what was on the paperwork was not the same, but I neglected to read the contract, so I take res completed (as I understood it). I have been a customer at Bernardi Honda since 2005 when I purchased a new Honda Element. In 2011 when I heard they were dropping the model I traded my old one for a brand new one, (same color). Over these I purchased a new Honda Element. In 2011 when I heard they were dropping the model I traded my old one for a brand new one, (same color). Over these past 18 years, I have been very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the staff from service advisors, mechanics, and parts department. While my recent service engagement was very costly, Ariel walked me through the numbers (cost of repair to book value plus overall condition and utility of the vehicle) and handled the necessary coordination of parts to have the vehicle ready when promised and for the quoted amount. I have to say, while initially driving the newly repaired car out of the dealership, it felt, and handled like it was new. More
