My latest experience at Bernardi supports why I continue to do business with this dealership even though there are other Honda dealers shops closer to me. I recently finished almost three months of on-line to do business with this dealership even though there are other Honda dealers shops closer to me. I recently finished almost three months of on-line research, word of mouth reviews of, and test drives at, various brands (cross overs and sedans). Consistently, Bernardi Honda rated above all others. David, (I think Dungon is his last name, I dont have his card on me at the moment) was professional, patient, informative and transparent. He was not arrogant, patronizing, disinterested or underhanded as where many of the sales persons I met with over the last month at other dealerships. Jaime Monegro, in the financial office, was patient respectful and informative. Charlie, the manager, was quickly available and interested in my comments. As I left the dealership, another manager, and now I'm sorry to say I can't remember his name, was walking by and congratulated me on my car. So, soup to nuts the deal was fair, and the experience great and what I've come to expect from Bernardi Honda. More

In September, my 2016 Pilot broke down on the highway, and I had it towed to the Bernardi due to a '12 Volt Battery Charging' error message.
