The technician stated he could not remove the lug screws without possible breaking the studs. He stated that all the lug screws were frozen in place and therefore, he could not rotate tires. Not true, he could not locate the proper tool which was inside the spare tire location. Subsequently, I took the car to a Mobile station where there was no issue removing the lugs and rotating the tires. I did not receive any documents/papers on the new battery. When the new battery was installed, the technician did not wait for all systems to be reestablished and the car was released without access to radio. More
