This was our first experience with Bernardi Honda, and we were pleasantly surprised with the lack of "pushiness" on behalf of the sales staff. Although new, our salesperson, Sara Tittle was wonderful. She were pleasantly surprised with the lack of "pushiness" on behalf of the sales staff. Although new, our salesperson, Sara Tittle was wonderful. She provided all the right info, or went searching for our answers. It was a pleasure working with her, and we are grateful for her help. From the moment we first walked into the dealership we were impressed with the friendliness of the Bernardi staff. Our daughters took an immediate liking to Sasha, and she helped keep them happy while we talked with Sara to determine the right Honda for us. Since first looking into Honda last weekend, we have heard nothing but good things from Honda owners. We hope that our experience with Honda continues to be a positive one. Thank you to the entire staff who made it possible for us to drive away in our new Honda the day after signing all the paperwork. WE LOVE OUR DARK CHERRY PILOT!!!! THANK YOU SARA TITTLE AND THE BERNARDI STAFF!!! More
I stoped at Bernardi to get an idea of what cars might be in my price range, and decide how much a month I would have to make payments for. This was a wonderful car experinece. We came in response to an advertisement. This was a no pressure environment. We told the salesperson what we were looking for, he showed us some vehicles and about 2 h to an advertisement. This was a no pressure environment. We told the salesperson what we were looking for, he showed us some vehicles and about 2 hours later we drove off the lot with our new car - signed, sealed and delivered. There was no overselling or trying to push us into something we were not interested in. The salesperson understood exactly what our needs and desires were - and met them all. There was no pressure, the salesperson did whatever he could to make us feel comfortable and the transaction went very smoothly. More
When my 17 year old Honda Civic died last November, I dreaded having to look for a new car. I was afraid I'd have to deal with pushy, high-pressure, auctioneer-paced salesmen. I was, therefore, pleasantl dreaded having to look for a new car. I was afraid I'd have to deal with pushy, high-pressure, auctioneer-paced salesmen. I was, therefore, pleasantly surprised by salesman Steve Dionis at Bernardi Honda. Steve was calm, patient, personable, and knowledgeable about the different Honda vehicles. He gave me the impression that he was more concerned with my finding the right car to suit my needs than with anything else. For example, I was infatuated with the metallic orange Jet in the Bernardi lot that day, being largely wowed by the color. Steve explained that the Honda Jet was a newer design than the Civic and that the Civic had therefore had many more years to evolve--many more years in which the automobile engineers could iron out the design kinks, so to speak. It was a line of reasoning that made sense to me and helped restore to me a sense of proper priorities. Moreover, when there was some sort of problem regarding getting our new license plates and registration in order, Steve kindly went out of his way to drive the new car directly to our home in Needham, so that we would not have to wait to receive the car. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and his “going the extra mile” (more like ten miles!) to deliver our car to us in a timely fashion. Since then, I've been enjoying driving my new black Honda Civic, which gets good gas mileage--I fill it up once every two weeks--and which is a reliable, safe, and rather sexy mode of transportation. I purchased my first Honda Accord from Bernardi in 1984. I keep returning because of the service, friendly environment and professional treatment they give me. What sets them apart from other dealers is the I keep returning because of the service, friendly environment and professional treatment they give me. What sets them apart from other dealers is the lack of pushing to close the deal "now". They are very patient and want to help you find the right car for you. I never felt under pressure to close the deal. A Bernardi "for life customer". Russ More
My car died at a gas station across the street. After getting it jump started, I called to see if they could squeeze me in to take a look at the battery & starter system. They said to come by, and askin getting it jump started, I called to see if they could squeeze me in to take a look at the battery & starter system. They said to come by, and asking a couple questions about the car's history over the phone, determined I was due for service anyway. They took the car right away, and their driver was able to take me to work and pick me up when the car was finished. They replaced the battery which was the cause of the original issue, and it's been running fine since. My only criticism is that they neglected to reset the oil life meter in the dash (oil change was part of the service they performed), but I figured that out myself. Overall, a great experience and they made sure my car problems did not interfere with my day. More
