I will keep this short and sweet. This dealer was wonderful. I went and traded in my 2010 Honda Accord EX for a 2011 Honda CrossTour. The process was seamless. I am not there to conversate or to just throw money into the air, I buy a car to do just that, purchase a car! I arrived yesterday at 4pm. By 8pm I was driving home from Bernardi Honda in the new 2011 CrossTour. My advice to other car buyers: Try Bernardi out. They were unfortunately out of Hot Chocolate when we first went into the dealership to the chagrin of my young daughter. 2 days later, when we came in to pick up the vehicle, there were 3 employees rushing over to ask if they could get her a hot chocolate. The vehicle was also ready EXACTLY when they said it would be. Unlike my last 2 experiences with a specific large dealer in Norwood whom I purchased 2 vehicles from and then when I went to pick it up, had me wait 3 hours! I would certainly recommend Bernardi. This was still agood experience, but some small details (mats not available at time of pick up and not put in when we went back, color wr experience. I liked the fact that there is a receptionist positioned near the door who asks if you need help, rather than running the risk of bei Massachusetts.
