Mike M. did a great job explaining the vehicle, how it works and the different options. He took the time to answer all my questions which I appreciated. Mike worked with Scott to determine a purchase price as well as trade in price that was perfect for me and I appreciated it. Having visited the dealership on a very busy Sunday, Mike was able to arrange for me to meet with Lexie as well as Heather in finalizing the deal in a timely manner. Heather and Lexie did an excellent job explaining the different vehicle options and financing. I was then promised and delivered the new car on the following Tuesday. Mike went through the entire car with me as well as explaining what the dealership has to offer as far as servicing the vehicle in the future. I was able to return today (saturday) and Bobby Gazza gave me my new registration as well as an inspection sticker for the car. I was impressed with the fact that it only took about 15 minutes on such a busy day.
