There is only one word to describe my experiance with buying a new Honda CRV from Bernardi Honda, and the word is WONDERFUL! From beginning to end everyone was excellent. Mike worked with Scott to determine a purchase price as well as trade in price that was perfect for me and I appreciated it. Having visited the dealership on a very busy Sunday, Mike was able to arrange for me to meet with Lexie as well as Heather in finalizing the deal in a timely manner. Heather and Lexie did an excellent job explaining the different vehicle options and financing. I was then promised and delivered the new car on the following Tuesday. Mike went through the entire car with me as well as explaining what the dealership has to offer as far as servicing the vehicle in the future. I was able to return today (saturday) and Bobby Gazza gave me my new registration as well as an inspection sticker for the car. I was impressed with the fact that it only took about 15 minutes on such a busy day. On the evening of December 31, 2010 the 2007 used Honda Accord that I purchased November 2, 2010 was involved in a five car collision. We called Mike Moushon, who sold us the 2007, at Bernardi Honda and told him about the accident and we were searching for a replacement. Mike said that he had two used vehicles we might be interested in. We decided that a very clean, low milleage 2011 Accord met our expectations and our hunt was over. Our second encounter with Mike was as pleasant as our first. Mike is not a high pressure auto saleman. He is very professional, friendly and courteous. Mike is very organized and covers all he bases.
