I recently purchased a new Honda Accord at Bernardi Honda in Natick. I typically hate dealing with Sales people, but I have to say, the folks at Bernardi Honda have changed my attitude about dealing with car in Natick. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door, was helped by a sales person right away, and was made to feel right at home. Great coffee! My sales person Mark was very knowledgable about the vehice I was interrested in and ultimately purchased. When I went to pick up my car, it was ready for me right away. He went through all of it's features again with me and I was on my way. I would also like to point out that this dealership followed up with me after my purchase (got a call from a Kristin Cullinane) to make sure that I was not only satisfied, but had a positive customer service experience. I sure did and was happy to tell her so. She seemed genuinely interrested in my feedback and certainly wanted make sure that Bernardi Honda had treated me well. Thanks for caring Kristin and Mark! I have no hesitation in going to Bernardi Honda for service and ultimately for my next vehicle. I also would not hesitate to refer my friends to Bernardi Honda for their next car. Thanks Bernardi Honda for making me feel good again about buying a new car! More
We were return customers to Bernardi Honda, after my husband had a very positive experience in leasing a Ridgeline in 2007 (with then salesman, now manager Jonathan McGilvary). Our most recent search was for a mid-sized SUV with third row seating. After test driving several of the vehicles in that category, it was clear that the Honda Pilot was the winner. Michael Moushon knew the Honda product exceptionally well and helped us get into the Pilot on the strict budget in which we had insisted upon. We appreciated his candor during the negotiation process. The Bernardi dealership as a whole is very forthcoming and courteous, with none of the high pressure gimmicks often found at auto dealerships. We will return to Bernardi again and will likely always be a Honda family. More
Worst time ever. Bought two cars and between being rush for sales and not getting done what was suppose to be done . Then had to bring cars back to fix things not done right. no sticker put on car. All they were worried was good numbers on survey but that is not going to happen. My wife and I will never go there again. More

Just bought our second car from them, they went out of their way to get the car we wanted and all went smoothly. In about a year we will be going back for our third car from them. I can't comment on the service department since I do all my own service, but the parts guys are also very professional. More
I have to say I dread car shopping. My daughter needed a new car and after searching several web sites we decided to take a ride to Bernardi Honda of Natick. After negotiating with Mike, I felt that the deal he worked up was good enuf that I felt no need to further shop around and bough the unit on the spot. Mike is a good guy and treated me very well. He followed up getting the reg. and inspection done quickly and handled a loose wire issue proactively. I never had to chase him for info. Very refreshing... Predicated on both the sales and service experience, I'll be servicing the car there even though there are a couple/few dealers closer to home, including the dealer where I purchased my prior Honda. Also, the facility is immaculate, the customer waiting areas are quiet and the folks all seem genuinely service oriented... PH More
Very customer service orientated...went to another dealership (Herb Chambers in Westboro) and was very disappointed and then went to Bernardi and was very pleased. So many people asked if you needed anything (water, coffee etc) again those were people who were not directly or indirectly involved in your purchase. More
I went in looking for a specific car from the website. Alex (salesman) found the car in the lot and within 20 minutes I was test driving it. My experience there was wonderful and I will definitely go back. More
