Gayle - I understand your frustration completely. We definitely dropped the ball, fumbled and kicked it into the wrong end zone. We take total responsibility for the mistakes the employees made. I apologized to you for the errors that occured, and provided a loaner vehicle during the repairs needed and went as far as sending you a certificate for dinner at the restaurant in the Mohegan Sun that you and your partner both enjoy going to as a goodwill gesture. The payoff you mention did not cause any penalties or charges on your account and it was done in a timely manner. Yes we would appreciate great scores on the survey, but more importantly we want to know that our goodwill gestures were received as that- goodwill.
