I was relocating to MA from Chicago. I initiated the sales process over the phone and then went into the dealership to meet Mark the following week. He spent time in the cell phone lot showing me the features of the vehicle and led me out of the airport on my way! Thank you, Mark!! More
Of course shopping for a new Accord was not something I was looking forward too. However I felt in very good hands with Bernardi Honda in Natick from start to finish. Within momemnts of clicking send on line, I was in touch with Harvey one of the Internet Managers. He spent the time going over features on the 2012 Accord that I never even knew were available. (I have been driving a 14 year old toyota) He spent 20 minutes with me answering questions and talking about his dealership. He seemed to go out of his way to make me feel comfortable in wanting to do business with him and Bernardi Honda. The next day I came in. Harvey, remembering my trade in he said, was waiting at the door to greet me. He turned me over to Hasan who was just as helpful going over featues on the Accord and spending the extra time with me I needed. I have to admit, this was a fun experience that put a smile on my face. I think the hardest part was chooing color ! In all great price and service and I love my Accord. Thank you Bernardi Honda More
Harvey was the on-line rep who first suggested a new car when we were in the market for used. At first we were skeptical, but he was able to get us in a new Pilot for less then the price of a lot of the use when we were in the market for used. At first we were skeptical, but he was able to get us in a new Pilot for less then the price of a lot of the used vehicles we were looking at with the same ex-l package. If Harvey got us in the door, Mark was the reason for our sale. He was upfront and straight forward. There was no hard sell or bull. He Was knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Even after the sale Mark was extremely helpful. When we got home I noticed we were missing a headrest Keep in mind I blame myself for this not the dealership I walked around and inspected the vehicle several times, but I just didn't notice it. When we got home and the kids hopped in the back they picked right up on it. I called Mark and he gave us the option to swing by and get one or to mail one out to us. Again there was no problem, no bull. Mistakes are made, stuff happens, how these things are dealt with after the sale is made show the integrity of the dealership. Overall everyone at the dealership was friendly, nice and helpful from the moment we drove on the lot. All that being said there was one matter that did cause the overall experience to be a 4 and not a 5. All Honda dealerships charge a $830 "destination charge". Some dealerships "roll " this into the price, Bernardi didn't and we were not aware of it until we got to the dealership. I thought that could have been mentioned beforehand. Keep in mind, they did work with us and even with that cost the price was still lower then the other dealerships we talked to. If you are in the market for a Honda I suggest you give Bernardi a chance. If you want a knowledgeable salesman who is straightforward without the BS ask for Mark Aubuchon! More

I had a long drive to Natick but felt I had to give it a shot. The internet sales coordinator was really nice on the phone and didn't inundate my voicemail or email with unnecessary calls. I was treated with respect and not pushed aside due to the budget I wanted to stick to. Chris was by the far the best car salesman I have ever met. Other dealerships I had been to were really aggressive I appreciated Chris' honesty, integrity and salesmanship. He was genuine and let me drive several cars of the same type and model until I found one I was comfortable with. My Honda Accord, which when I arrived to pick up was beautifully cleaned and ready to go, has made me an incredibly happy owner. I used to make fun of the Bernardi jingle. But it's true for me at least Bernardi for now Bernardi definitely for life. More

I wish that I could give this dealership 10 stars. After looking online, and calling a few places, I first went to Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. I took my mother with me, as this was the first time I looking online, and calling a few places, I first went to Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. I took my mother with me, as this was the first time I had ever shopped for a new car. From the second I walked in, I felt like I was in a shark tank. Everyone was staring at us like we were the fish that was for lunch! The salesman did not spend much time with us, my test drive was barely a minute, and then when it was time to trade my car in, they weren't giving me any money but trying to pretend like they had taken money off...when in actuality, it cancelled out the fact that they weren't even willing to give me HALF of what the Kelly Blue Book price was for my car if it was in FAIR condition (it was better than fair). When my mother questioned it, they were rude, and treated us like we were stupid. So we left, discouraged. The following day, which was a Monday, we went to Bernardi Honda in Natick, and WHAT a difference! Everyone there was SO friendly, it was a nice, welcoming atmosphere. We were helped right away, by Seth and Hasan. I explained to them what I wanted, and what price I was looking to pay, what I needed my payments to be under, everything. They took care of it ALL. Within 2 hours, I was walking out of the dealership, all of the papers signed, ready to pick up my brand new 2012 Civic that Wednesday. They listened, they didn't pressure, they explained things easily and clearly. I'm so happy with my purchase, and the whole experience! I plan on recommending this dealership to everyone I know, and when the day comes to buy another new car, I'll be back! More
