When the car I had planned to see fell through Jimmy helped me find the car that would be right for me and my needs. He made sure I was treated well and helped me through my first car purchase. Perfect service. Friendly honest and no bs. Asked if they had the vehicle I was looking for ...and got a prompt response. Provided the salesman a price, got an agreement within minutes and the rest was they had the vehicle I was looking for ...and got a prompt response. Provided the salesman a price, got an agreement within minutes and the rest was comparitively easy . No question they were bending over to accommodate my desire and timelines. Jimmy Horrigan is a great salesman because he didn't try to sell me anything extra....respected the fact this car I wanted was researched and priced . Really appreciated speed and support of team there to ensure we got the car quickly and easily. Had answers to all my questions. Will recommend to others. More

Back in July I got internet quotes from several Honda dealers for a 2012 Honda Accord LX sedan and also a trade in quote from a few of those. A phone message from Bernardi made reference to the quote I dealers for a 2012 Honda Accord LX sedan and also a trade in quote from a few of those. A phone message from Bernardi made reference to the quote I was given but I never received it. My phone call back got voicemail so I told them I never received their quote. A return message said there must be problems with the system which I thought was their way of avoiding a quote as some dealers do. I was actually going to accept a previous offer but decided to give Bernardi another try. I called and got the person I wanted and they gave a me a quote which was the best I had even though one of the previous quotes was so good I did not expect it to be matched. I headed over to Bernardi with the intent of buying a new 2012 Accord LX sedan if they gave me a reasonable amount for my car. Upon arrival I was met outside and that person went to get my internet contact. The internet contact then handed me off to Fred Stoudemire. They checked stock and had the color I wanted and I went for a test drive. They evaluated my trade and I asked for a little more and said I would sign the papers if they gave it to me. They compromised and offered me half of what I asked for and that was more than fair considering the price on their car. I bought the car. I was really happy with Fred Stoudemire, it was like talking to someone I had known for years. In previous car buying experiences I found finance guys to be the worst when it comes to tactics and even lying so I didn't know what to expect. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the finance guy I dealt with at Bernardi but he was the best I have dealt with and I have dealt with several over the years. Over the last decade and a half I have been through this process several times and my car buying experience with Bernardi's was one of if not the best I ever had. There was no games or pressure and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Honda. More

We really enjoyed working with Jimmy for the purchase of our new car. He even took the time to get us a car insurance quote, and helped us get the paperwork in order and sent off quickly so we could have ou our new car. I would recommend Bernardi Honda to anyone--entirely because of James Horrigan. He is an excellent listener, which is the cornerstone of good customer service, and we works extremely hard to make sure because of James Horrigan. I highly recommend Bernardi Honda, and especially my sales person, Peter Nannery. He did an excellent job! I felt that Peter was very accommodating to my needs. I was interested in purchasing a slightly used CRV and he was patient and upfront when showing me the vehicles and discussing options. I have a busy schedule between work and my young children and he was respectful of my time. After I fell in love with my CRV, he worked with me to close the deal very efficiently, even as my 4-and 6-year old kids tore up the showroom. :) I was so impressed that I was able to buy a car so hassle-free and quickly. Based on my positive experience, I have already recommended this dealership and specifically Peter Nannery to family and friends. I would also like to add that there were various other Bernardi staff and managers involved in the purchase, and they were all very friendly and accommodating as well. Thank you so much! More

I would highly recommend Bernardi Honda for leasing or buying a car because of one person, Eric Yngve. He was EXTREMELY easy to work with and very customer friendly. Unlike the typical sales person, Eri buying a car because of one person, Eric Yngve. He was EXTREMELY easy to work with and very customer friendly. Unlike the typical sales person, Eric was very understanding of our situation and took the time to help us in every way possible. We went to a few dealerships in the area and no one came close to matching Eric's customer service skills. I am confident in saying that next time we need to lease or buy a car we will be going directly to Bernardi and asking for Eric. :) More
