I had submitted an online request for a quote on a CRV. When I arrived for my appointment, Harvey introduced himself and the salesperson, Michelle, with whom I would work. Michelle was an absolute delight. She was warm, friendly, and has a sense of humor. She never did a "hard sell." She listened to me and what I had wanted. She presented me with my trade-in offer, and the price of the CRV. She gave me space to do some calculations myself to assess whether the deal "fit my wallet." When I had stated that there were some accessories that I was interested in, she informed me that some of them were likely available as part of a package. Michelle asked a young woman to join us to go over the prices and packages (if any) of what I was interested in. That young woman (cannot recall her name) was also delightful. She didn't try to sell me anything. She answered my questions so that I could make a final decision for myself. Prior to doing the online quote request, I had gone to another Honda dealer west of Natick. That dealership employed "good cop-bad cop" techniques and offered a price that was approaching $2,000 more than Bernardi's price. I am glad that I purchased the car from Bernardi and had had an opportunity to work with Michelle and Harvey. They made my buying experience low stress and a breeze. More

The lease was up on my Accord that I started three years ago from another Honda dealership. When I went back to turn it in where it originally came from, I wanted to get another lease for a CRV. This dealership was very difficult to deal with and did not want to work with me on reaching the price I wanted to pay per month for it. I decided to look at Bernardi later that day. Eric was an amazing salesman. I walked in and he greeted me right away. Meanwhile, he was closing three other deals at the same time. The place was so busy I couldn't believe it. Within 45 minutes, I had gotten a new lease for a CRV with no downpayment and a very little increase in my montly payment. It was so smooth and such an easy transition. What really makes Eric shine is the fact that he came to my house to drop off extra keys and my registration without interrupting my life. He really is great to deal with and every car salesman should be this easy to work with. I am so impressed with Bernardi and Eric that I will keep returning to this Honda dealership for all my car needs. More

I am surprised to see so many 4+ reviews, this dealership doesn't deserve it. Today I went from Worcester to Natick with the mind set to drive back with Pilot 2013. Met with Harvey, he handed over case to some college hire kid, then all of a sudden one guy came and gave me a quote and asked if I want to buy with that price or not, then I said let's negotiate. He said no we can't, he shake my hand and said thanks for coming have a nice day. I felt insulting, will never ever go back or recommend anyone to go to this place. Over the phone Harvey gave me some price when I went there he said no I might have given for something else. Pathetic place and services, I had to beg for water. When I called to provide my feedback no one was willing to speak to me. I am going to Herb for my new Honda Pilot, that place is much much better than this. Their price is little high but I can pay that much to get some respect and courtesy. More
