Once again, Eric Yngve from Bernardi Honda has come through for me. This is the second car I have purchased from him and I couldn't be happy with the car, the price, or the service. It was a miserable, rainy day and I caught got Eric on his day off but he was there for me anyway, and lucky for me he was. I have to first give credit to the boy who really gave us a hand handled the paperwork. He name is Kerri Miller. I am glad someone was actually gave me services to help me prepare my new 2013 CR-V. Other than this, I am here to share my rest of the nightmare like experience with Bernadi Natick Honda. Johnny Fraifer wasn't the first person we greet with. But when we sat own at the dealer start going overage price, that's when Johnny Fraifer came. He did help us on discount with the price and that's all he did to help us. It was helpful in terms of the price of the car I ended up paying, but none of the paperwork he handled, he passed it down to Kerri. It creates a huge confusion and complication when it comes the the end. We were told the only way we will gawped that discount was to buy their financial package, which was a loan. This part of the work Johnny passed it down to Manuel Rodriguez. For some reasons, he refused to talk to me. Because when I tried calling him to find out some answers to the questions I have, Manual never call me back nor picking up any of these phone calls. I left messages on his work phone and also calling the cellular phone on his business card. I figured the price were different than what we initially agree on. The total now come from Manuel charges $500 more. He kept ignoring my calls so I had to drive down there the second time couple days after I signed the contract. But the loan was already approved for that amount. When I got there Manuel told me that the filing office wasn't open on Saturday he can't tell me anything without paperwork., I should come back on Monday. I took the all the paperwork I have with what he gave me, none of these contracts was useful. He continuing refused to answer my question. At this point, he got me enough of frustration. I was extremely exhausted trying to figure out where the extra $500 came from with his attitude like this. Or it could be some other services? I just want to know. However, Manuel was not even trying to help or explaining any of these details on the contracts I held in hand. And yet he shows a impatience on his face trying to convince me leave his office again. At the end, I waited until Monday to find out what happen to the $500. The problem was solved, but I felt like I was extremely unwelcome from this business manager, and got mistreated with his attitude. He admit he did the calculation wrong and gave me back the $500 on the day I came to pick up my car. I finally got this problem solved. The whole time of being there was unpleasant. I don't recommend this place due to the terrible experience I had there. More
Eric was great!! Recommend him to anybody. We are from NH and we were not sure if we would purchase in MA. Eric made things so easy. We bought a used Honda Odyssey and he made everything so easy. On his trip to deliver the car he noticed a slight rattle (that we did not notice), made scheduled an appt, reserved a rental car for us and the van was serviced in a day. Thanks again, Eric! This was by far my best experience at a dealership ever. Everyone at Bernardi did a great job, but Eric Yngve was simply outstanding. He was very professional, got us the best deal around, quickly took care of the paperwork and I was out of the showroom in less than an hour. No pressure at any time, and extremely courteous. Less than 18 hours later the car was registered and ready to roll. Unfortunately there was a minor glitch that was completely out of Eric's control and we had to wait for a couple of days to finally get the car. Eric apologized, explained the situation and gave us a few options that were all fair. In the end we were compensated for the delay and had a rental car until everything was in order. Once the car got delivered, we were in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes. I cannot recommend Eric enough, and this is the first time I can say that of anyone at any dealership. We will definitely be back next time we're on the market. Keep up the great work! More
This was one of the worst dealerships I've ever dealed with, simple don't ever go there, I'm wondering where did they get any of those positive reviews. So, first of all, I walked in that place looking for leasing a Honda civic, and a sales person called Raphael Miranda was working on my application, after I walked out from the dealership, it's like impossible to reach them back and get any update for the status, by phone or email or anything. When I called "him" he never picks up the phone and when I leave a voicemail it's like they don't even check it. I stayed for a week trying to reach out for them and when I decided to cancel the whole freaking unhappy process and I called and there was somebody there who is alive and can actually pick up the phone, they asked me to stop by during the business hours in order to get a refund on the deposit that I left!! How come you open on weekends and when it comes to paying back refunds or serving your customers or the people who are trying to cancel the work with you after this horrible experience, you have time for them only from 9-5 during weekdays?!! This has been the worst dealership I've ever seen, now I'm looking online for all the available legal ways against them. More
I am so impressed with the Eric Yngve, he went out of his way to help me. He even came to my job in Boston for me to sign ,my title because I couldn't get out to Natick in time. This is our 6th Honda from the Bernardi Honda of Natick of the last 10 years and the 3rd in the last 8 months. Not only do we buy cars from them we get service as well. The guys over there are great. I can’t say enough about the guy. Manny Rodrigues over in the Finance department is aces all the way. He came out to greet us to sign and said “another one! Good to see you again”. Easy going, easy to talk to, & makes the whole experience stress free and simple. I highly recommend Bernardi Honda of Natick for sales & service. All the sales person’s are great but if you get the opportunity to have Eric Yngve you won’t be disappointed. More
