Since buying our first Suburu at Berman 10 years ago we wanted to buy from them again. Lee Golden was a 15 on a 10-point scale! First thing Lee did was listen - to our needs, what we didn’t want and how we use our car. He didn’t try to upsell us, pointed out the features of the model we selected and the order was completed in less than an hour. And wonder of wonders, he located our choice on a delivery truck arriving the very next day. When we went to pick up our car, Lee spent nearly an hour explaining the features and safety measures in our new Outback. He’s knowledgeable about new car technology, the brand and is an excellent hands-on teacher. The pickup day included an efficient finalization process with Jonathan Arias, the paperwork master. No fuss, no stress, no drama. From the first encounter, we’ve felt valued as customers and respected. You could leave a car buying encounter feeling you’ve been “had” or less than happy with what you bought. Not us, and not with Lee! This young man is genuine. More
Since we bought our 1st Subaru Outback from Berman and used their service department for the past 10 years, we naturally went back to purchase our new Outback last week and made an appointment with Lee Go used their service department for the past 10 years, we naturally went back to purchase our new Outback last week and made an appointment with Lee Golden. We researched the Outback models and features online and made a list of must-haves/don't wants. Lee took our list, reviewed various options available and found an Outback for us. Best of all, it was due in the dealership within 2 days after our order! Lee helped us smoothly through both our ordering and delivery experiences. He answered our questions and concerns and patiently walked us through many of the Outback's features that are new to us. We love our Subaru and are very impressed with Lee's professionalism. More

This is my second Subaru purchase from Berman Subaru. My salesman, Lee Golden, was excellent. He was so incredibly helpful, courteous and fun to work with. Made an appointment to buy a car and drove 45 minutes only to find out the car was not available at that time! I received an email 15 minutes prior to my appointment time about it not being available. Ve only to find out the car was not available at that time!
