When we went to pick up our car, Lee spent nearly an hour explaining the features and safety measures in our new Outback. He’s knowledgeable about new car technology, the brand and is an excellent hands-on teacher. The pickup day included an efficient finalization process with Jonathan Arias, the paperwork master. No fuss, no stress, no drama. From the first encounter, we’ve felt valued as customers and respected.
