It took a while for someone to give us the time of day when we arrived. Then a lot of typical dealer interaction. But the number one thing that drove me nuts here is the dealer's unwillingness to discus when we arrived. Then a lot of typical dealer interaction. But the number one thing that drove me nuts here is the dealer's unwillingness to discuss price or financing with us without running our credit. Despite my assurances that it was spotless and that if for some reason we got to that stage, I wasn't going to hold them to hypothetical conversations in order that we could discuss options prior to committing. They insisted, then we had the discussion, but this general attitude pretty much clinched the fact that I wasn't going to do business with them then or in the future. I took my 2005 Outback in for service November 08. I am new to the area but they were easy to get to and open late so I could make it after work without rushing. I called ahead for an appointment and when new to the area but they were easy to get to and open late so I could make it after work without rushing. I called ahead for an appointment and when I got there everyone was friendly and helpful. They were able to do my 60k in no time and even checked that everything else on the car was in good shape. I will definatley be going back for anything I need with my car. More
