Smooth and easy purchase and a great deal, also I had an awful experience at Grand Subaru (long story), so I was really apprehensive and guarded when I contacted MidCity Subaru. Not necessary! Tina S. is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but very open, straightforward, and friendly. I chose Subaru for reliability, longevity, and safe driving in severe winter weather, but Tina explained *why* Subaru excels in those areas. She assessed my specific needs (long commute, high mileage, plan for long-term ownership, tall passengers, etc) and made sure I was getting the right vehicle for my family. The entire purchase was hassle-free, stress-free, fast, and smooth. Brian Martin in the finance department made sure that I understood everything about the purchase and warranty. Tina thoroughly oriented me to my new car (first new car in 17 years, so she had a lot of tech to teach me!). She and MidCity have contacted me to make sure I'm completely satisfied and to let me know they will handle any questions or concerns in the future. I've already had my car in for a complementary service, and that service department runs very smoothly and on-time. Most importantly, I love my new Forester. I've already put over 5K miles on it in less than 3 mos and the driving experience is so smooth, solid, and comfortable. The interior and functions are so convenient and luxurious, it really feels like a luxury car to me. I think Subaru offers an excellent value, and I got a great deal on my 2016 Forester from MidCity. Try the dealers in the suburbs instead First off, the only reason I purchased a vehicle here was because they were the only one with the specific trim/color that I wanted and I couldn't wai First off, the only reason I purchased a vehicle here was because they were the only one with the specific trim/color that I wanted and I couldn't wait for the other Subaru dealers to find me one. My main disappointment of Midcity Subaru was from the Salesman named Bart Chari. Almost 3 weeks ago. I purchased a used 2016 WRX (Monday, Aug. 15) and Bart failed to mention that the master keys to the vehicle were missing and that they only have the Valet Key, after the papers Bart pretended to find the master keys to the vehicle, then told us that He would mail the keys when he finds them and will order us new keys if he had to. Well, 2 days (wednesday) later I called Midcity Subaru to talk to Bart (3 times before I could get ahold of him) I asked him about the keys and he said, they were still looking for em. I then told Bart that I will just pick up the master keys. I called again on Thursday and asked for Bart. I couldn't get ahold of him anymore. Even on emails, Bart wouldnt respond to me. The Midcity call operator just keeps on forwarding me to the manager's voicemail (Joe) which I left messages on and never got a single call back. On friday, I did a little research and messaged their main office on facebook (Berman Auto Group) and asked if they could help me get my keys. Which worked beause the manager Joe called me the next day, I told Joe about my problem and he said he was aware of it(but never did anything) and he then asked me if I had it on the contract that they will give us the master keys. I said no but Bart told me before I left that he will find em and order me a new one if its lost. He then went ahead and told me that hes gonna order me a key and it will take 3-4 days to arrive (hmm subaru dealers dont have the keys in stock?). I thought yeah sure ill play along and said ok. It took 2 weeks for me to get the master keys and I had to do so much just to get the master keys to the vehicle. I really suggest everyone to go to the Subaru dealers in the suburbs instead (try Grand Subaru/Muller), because once Midcity gets your business, they will not care about you anymore. If I knew what BS i had to go through, I wouldve waited till the other dealers could find me the trim/color I wanted. If you had no option, but to go to midcity subaru then I suggest to not work with the salesman named Bart Chari. More

When we said we needed to think it over, there was no pressure to move quickly, and every time we contacted him for more info he came through, again with no pressure. When we decided on the model/features we wanted, he moved quickly to get one for us. In the 5 cars we have bought over the years, we have never had as easy and pleasant experience as with MidCity and Will. They make Subaru look good. More
