Shrugged their shoulders when I reported 13mpg on my new ascent. Told me the car was working fine and basically to go away. EPA feels differently. I just had some major work done on my Subaru Outback today at Berman Subaru. All issues appear to have been resolved. I was especially happy with my service advisor, Isaiah Palacios. We bought our 2020 Outback from Sergio and team at Berman and were impressed with the experience. Our salesman Sergio was open and knowledgeable and treated us like customers. There was one hiccup during our purchase, but the team at Berman showed who they are. Once we decided to buy the car, the detailing team went about their work and when they finished the car wouldn't start. It was now after hours and the service department had already closed. One of the managers that was still there explained the situation and apologized. She said they would replace the battery 1st thing in the morning and offered to have the car delivered to us directly, which they did at no extra cost. Fantastic service! After this experience I would recommend Sergio and the team at Berman to anyone. More
I brought my 2021 Legacy in for its 12000 mile servicing. I called attention to the rear window defogger not working properly. I was given a loaner and expected to pickup my car that day. I received a call f I called attention to the rear window defogger not working properly. I was given a loaner and expected to pickup my car that day. I received a call from Courtney who did the intake that morning. She said they would have to replace the entire back window. She told me it might take a couple of days to get the window and install it. Courtney added that I could use the loaner as long as they had my Legacy. I was so impressed that Courtney called me everyday to give me updates on my car. It was ready that Friday;however, I was out of town and Courtney said I could pick it up Monday, a week after I had dropped it off. When I settled the bill(the back window was covered by my warranty) "Courtney noticed the car was dirty and made sure they put it through the wash. I must commend Courtney and Berman on their service, excellent communication and their concern for the customer. More
