After a brief phonecall, we met with Rob at the dealership, and shortly after, my wife was driving off in her brand new Forrester. The whole experience was pretty smooth, price was the best off all the Subaru dealerships in Chicagoland we contacted, and the negotiation didn't take long nor was it contentious. There was a bit of a lag in getting the second pair of keys (I believe the car was obtained from a different dealership, and didn't come with the second set), but after reaching out to Rob, he was able to take care of that for us. My wife is absolutely in love with her car! More

After much research, I bought a 2017 Forester Limited that is really a omfortable ride, looks great and promises to be energy efficient. I needed a car with a lower entry point than my old Jeep had, good visability and that "fit" me.. My salesman, Bart Chari was especially concerned that I get the new car I wanted, not what he wanted me to have, which was a big plus for me. I couldn't happier with my purchase. Bart also introduced me to everyone in the service/parts department so that I will know who to go to if I need help. He also took alot of time to show me how all the inside instruments and buttons work, although there are so many, I need another "lesson". (My last car didn't have any of this!") I also liked Joe D'Andrea, who took the time to come over and chat as the final paperwork was being completed. He was just a nice, regular, down to earth guy, even if he is a manager :) More

We had some waiting to do while our bank was in communication with the dealership and Rob sat with us during this wait and showed us a variety of fun things that can be done with Subaru cars - from souping them up to creating these inten(t)se car-merged-with tent campsites. An overall pleasant experience with a very pleasant individual. Thanks Rob! More

Great dealership with great people! A few months back I bought a 2017 Subaru Forester from Mid City. Not only was this my first car purchase in a while, but was also my first time buying A few months back I bought a 2017 Subaru Forester from Mid City. Not only was this my first car purchase in a while, but was also my first time buying a brand new car off the lot. Being a first time new car buyer I was a little hesitant because of all the stereotyping that comes with dealing with cars salesman. I have to say that Mid City, especially Rob Folks, made the whole process actually enjoyable. I know, right, buying a car enjoyable? But yep, everyone at Mid City was incredibly welcoming and friendly. And after doing my research they also gave me the best deal on my car out of all the dealerships in the area.
