I had the p This past week I purchased a new car. My first since 1997. I know. It was about time! As you can imagine, I was a bit nervous and anxious. I had the pleasure of working with a truly caring, patient, and knowledgeable sales rep-Orlando Morales. Mr. Morales and I discussed the kind of car I was looking for and my price point. We ended up looking at the Subaru Foresters. We test drove one, and I really liked it. Mr. Morales was very knowledgeable about the car, its features, and answered all my questions. Afterwards, we ran the numbers and it didn't fit in my price range, and I left. No more than 10 minutes later, Mr. Morales phoned me back asking me to come back and that he would be able to work within my budget. I arrived later in the afternoon. After a minor ordeal of going to a different lot to look at a car, which was on the actual lot, I was ready to leave again since the car of the lot didn't have what I wanted. As I getting ready to leave again, Mr. Morales' manager stopped me and asked what I wanted. I told him I was looking for. It just so happened-maybe-that a car just arrived from a partnership dealership that matched what I wanted. Mr. Morales again showed me this car, its features, and ran the numbers, which got closer to my budget. I decided to move forward with getting actual numbers. At first, the person in finance was very off-putting (thus the four star rating for buying process). As soon as I sat down, he wanted me to start signing the papers. I said I wanted to know the final price, the lending bank, the interest rate, the extended warranty, and then the true final price. Despite this process being "backwards" to him, which in my mind was "forward", we proceeded in the order I wanted to go. After he presented all the information, I took about 15 minutes to discuss the purchase with my family. After a counter offer about the trade-in value of my car (yes, the 1997 one), we agreed to terms. It was only after this part did the person in finance become slightly more likeable. After signing the paperwork, Mr. Morales was still there (mind you this process was going into its fourth or fifth hour!). He congratulated me on the purchase. Mr. Morales was checking to make the sure the car was ready. A few minutes later he drove the car up and apologized for the delay. Mr. Morales showed me a few more items, and told me contact him again so we could set-up some of the features. We agreed to meet the next day. I texted Mr. Morales the next day and we promptly set-up an appointment to meet later that day. Again, he was very thorough in his explanation and answered all my questions, silly as they may have been. We were able to set-up the additional features, and had the wheel locks installed. Before I left again, Mr. Morales told me if I ever needed anything and/or had any questions that I should not hesitate to reach back out to him. In the end, I felt very happy with my purchase. Mr. Morales is an incredible sales rep. He answered all the questions, took his time with me, and I never felt like he was just looking for a sale. If you are purchasing a car at Mid City Subaru, I would highly recommend that you ask for Mr. Orlando Morales. More

Luis was so great! He was genuine, funny, and understood how much it meant to me that I make the right purchase. As a new mom, I was considering the safety of the automobile and the financial responsibility of a new car. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy on the spot, Carrie even asked us to go home and think about our possibilities knowing well that she had given us the best treatment and showed us a car that fit our needs completely. This is why we came back and on her day off Carrie went on and helped us finalize our purchase. I will be going back to Mid City Subaru for all my car needs and cannot wait until the renovations are complete. More

After going to many car dealerships we decide to stop by Mid City Subaru. We had previously purchased an SUV Forester from this dealer back in 2014, which love very much. This time it was a great experience once again. We both wished we had done this earlier and saved ourselves several headaches and some gas. Our Sales Consultant was Rob Folks we immediately felt comfortable with him. He is a very genuine person, who is not excessively aggressive like most car salesman. He did everything he could to get us the car we needed, while working with the budget we had in mind. We are happy with our purchase and recommend Rob whenever you are in need of a new car. I really do not like going to dealerships because of the high pressure sales. I could not say how satisfied I was with dealing with Rob. He was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns and was truly a delight to work with. I will drive the distance again when I'm in the market for a new car only to deal with Rob again, and I would recommend him to everyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More
