Had a couple of extra dealerships on my list to visit, but the manager, Lou, stepped in to try and make it worth my while to make a deal. There was a bit of back and forth negotiation, but overall I think I got a fair price for a great used vehicle. PLUS #FREECARWASHESFORLIFE The only reason this is not a 5 star review is after I shook on the deal they kept both myself and my fianceé waiting for 1.5+ hours before finalizing the paperwork with the business office. Would have much preferred they simply informed us of the foreseeable delay and let us leave to go grab lunch. My one suggestion would be to keep the same level of friendliness and excitement for your customer from the moment they walk in the door till the moment they leave. More
