My wife and I were given his name highly recommended from a coworker, and I have to say if you want to buy a new or used Subaru ask for Nik. Call, don't email. I felt he walked us thru every step, gave great insight on where to direct our hunt, and then made sure we had the best vehicle for our growing family. I did buy a 2019 CPO Subaru Outback. However, they did not offer a competitive price. It was average if not a little higher than average but I was stuck and needed a car. The car was in great shape and is in really good condition and had 15,000 lower miles than average for a 2019. I did also have issues getting my free 1 year subscription to Starlink but got it resolved after a month of trying to figure it out. Kenny the sales rep was really nice but young sales rep still with his manager over his shoulder directing every move he was making. Do not expect competitive prices at this location. I asked for someone to go over the software with me since I was new to it and they said they only do it for new cars. Not used or CPO vehicles even though this was a Subaru and not another make. More
