The car I was looking at was not even in, as the manager drove it out and when he came back, it was extremely dirty. So I left. I came to this location, and Bart treated me with courtesy. He was very patient, explaining the differences between a base model, premium, and limited. Whatever question you asked he had an answer for. The only thing he couldn't do was lower the cost of the car I wanted to our desired price, and that's understandable. So he brought the manager, Lou, over and he handled everything professionally as well. We were able to come to an agreement within 20- minutes of bargaining. I've car shoppped four times in my life, and this is definitely the smoothest time I have had. Definitely this Subaru location over ANY other location. More

My husband did a ton of research and we were between 2 options, one being the Subaru Forrester, the other a Honda CRV. We decided to test drive both on the same Saturday with the plan to have a car by Wednesday to take a road trip on Thursday. Bob Swanson met with us as we talked through our priorities and what we liked and didn't like in the already tested CRV before taking us out for a spin. He had us take it on the highway to test both streets and highway which was nice. Bob listened to all of our (i.e. my husbands) questions about the inner workings of the car, and also talked safety features we weren't familiar with that ended up being a big factor in our decision. We left with the plan to sleep on it and after deciding that night to go with the Subaru, we talked to Bob Monday afternoon and he squared everything away. He worked with us to get the price down as much he could while getting all the features that were important. We ended up picking the car up on Wednesday night after they drove to Indy to get it since we were leaving the next day and that was the closest location that had the exact one we wanted. Buying a new car is a huge decision, especially after not owning for so long, and Bob worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted and were happy with the end price. More

Her knowledge of the product was fantastic. She didn't try to sell us any upgrades to the basic model we wanted and ended up getting. Berman had a great selection and we found a 1-year old pre-owner Forester perfect for our needs. The process was quick and hassle free- just what we needed. After the sale, we ran into a snag (had not been provided with the second key for our vehicle because it was missing). I reached out to General Manager Dan D’Andrea. He immediately responded, promised me a solution and promptly worked to locate the second the key. He even offered to drop it off at our house! The fact that the General Manager took my small issue so seriously and immediatly resolved it AFTER the sale, exemplifies the dedication to customer service at Berman. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dan D’Andrea as a great GM who makes customer satisfaction a top priority at his dealership. More
