We met with Jonathan Arias to go over our car features again since this is our first Subaru and we wanted to be able to master all the bells and whistles. Jonathan was great and explained things until we understood completely. Went through the Costco Auto Program and didn't have to do any negotiating and liked that also! Melissa always backed up Cyndi if she was having a busy day & couldn't get back to us immediately. Waiting for the Finance Dept. was the only challenge but I think that happens at every dealership on a Saturday afternoon. More
