These guys are some of the worst dealers I’ve ever experienced. We flew in from Colorado to check out a white 2012 STI, the car was listed for $22995. After doing a pre buy inspection we found a few minor issues. We tried to discuss reducing the price with them and they stated “we just retuned this vehicle and we won’t wiggle a dime, and are actually going to increase the price.” We decided to walk away and 3 hours later they posted online that they were “reducing the price.” This car has been sitting on their lot for 106 days and they would have sold it today if they were willing to negotiate at all. Perhaps even call us letting us know they’d coMe down $225. Instead they showed their true colors and just how big of xxxx bags they truly are. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. More

I was very straight forward about the out the door price. My mom and I drove from Indiana to the dealership to look at the car and potentially purchase the car. We arrived at the dealership to be told the car wasn’t ready for sale because the radio was broken. The salesman agreed to let us go see the car since we drove so far away although the radio was out and car wasn’t “ready”. We were told the car was used as a demo for the lot. We test drove the car and agreed to purchase it. When doing paperwork, I asked to be able to write a few things down on the "still owe us" page because the sales guy made a promise to take off the roof rack for us for example. He said I didn't need to write that down because he would make sure it was done. I said the navigation needed to be explained to my mom when she picked it up Saturday because we couldn't see it since it was in pieces on Thursday. Was told that wasn't a problem, they would go through everything. We sat for over an hour waiting for finance guy. We were paying cash so this should have been quick. I finally got up and said I was leaving and oddly at that point I was told finance was ready for us. Fast forward to Saturday...my mom comes to pick up the car. The roof rack wasn’t removed all the way and they were too busy to help show her how to use many of the options in the car and told her she could come back another day even though we live 150 miles away. The car had less than 1/4 tank of gas and was told they don’t provide you with gas when buying a used car. Never again would I purchase from here nor would I recommend them. Customer service was awful. I should have stayed local and purchased from a dealership who is committed to helping and ensuring customer satisfaction. More
I've been at the dealership for 3 and 1/2 hours to purchase a used car that had already been negotiated with the sales rep days in advance. I'm still waiting for the paperwork to get processed! Came here from Wisconsin for a purchase. My husband spent tons of time with salesman prior to via phone calls and emails so when time cam everything would be quick and smooth. I never got to see the original salesman we communicated with and ended up being there 4 plus hours. Very disappointed in timing and lack of caring on their part. More
Went to Mid City Subaru on a Thursday afternoon. I was greeted by Christina. I instantly told her what my budget was and what I was able to afford monthly. She then proceeded to show me my options and let greeted by Christina. I instantly told her what my budget was and what I was able to afford monthly. She then proceeded to show me my options and let me test drive them. I ended up getting the beautiful 2020 Subaru Forester with a 10 year warranty all with in my budget! Christina made car shopping fast and enjoyable .I was out within 2 hours of walking in. I highly recommend if you’re visiting here ask for Christina if you want friendly and fast service. More

Not only was he cordial but also very knowledgeable about cars and the dealership. We have purchased over 15 cars new and used in our experiences, and working with Johnathan Arias and his segue to the just as smart Gabriel Talpos, it was a surprising pleasure to deal with them both. In my opinion, Berman Subaru has really stepped up to be a serious 5 star dealership and these two rising stars are proof. i gladly give our experience at Berman 5 stars. i will continue working with Gabriel on other Subaru interests. He knows his stuff. More
