The price they give you on the phone is what you pay. More importantly the advertisements represent their inventory exactly (no bait and switch or any other BS). When they tell you there's a one small scratch that's literally it, just the one scratch, and it's almost invisible. The staff is well informed, quick, responsive, and kind. The staff also follows up every conversation with a short email to ensure all your questions are answered. The car only came with one key but after a short debate with Sam, the manager, we agreed upon a partial credit towards purchasing a new one. If I wasn't moving I would buy every car from here, not only because of the prices and service, but Berman also boasts one of the largest new buildings Nissan has in the Chicago area. More
