Great costumer service Buying the first car of your life, being from a foreign country, and not having anyone to help you out with the car shopping it's horrible, I know. I did tons of research, went to 5 dealerships, and spoke with 9 people or so. Berman had one of the best services, and even though people usually say to don't trust sellers, I did. I did and would do it again. Jesus ( the seller, not the guy you follow lol) understood my needs, gave me as many tips as possible and helped me from beginning to end. The prices are fair, but the feedback and assistance go above the other dealers. Yes, you will spend time shopping. Yes, paperwork can take up to 30 min. Yes, you will have to have patience. But cmon, you are buying a car, not a French bagel. More
