Excellent service! They know what they’re talking about Berman Nissan 100%! I went to Berman Nissan to see my options, not yet ready to buy. I was introduced to Xochilt (pronounced Sochi), and she gave me a Berman Nissan 100%! I went to Berman Nissan to see my options, not yet ready to buy. I was introduced to Xochilt (pronounced Sochi), and she gave me a great number of details to really build the value of the Nissan brand. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy as those weren’t my initial intentions and Xochilt never tried to change that. As a first time buyer, I shopped around to explore other options. Honda was my 2nd experience and their service was a stark contrast from that at Berman. They threw me into a test drive with no background info about the car. I had to ask all the questions. I didn’t feel like a well- valued customer. I was never treated this way at Berman, and for that, I am a dedicated customer! A few weeks later I purchased a Nissan Rogue and I absolutely LOVE IT!! More
