Scheduled maintenance Berman is always professional and attentive; you confidently know that it's getting done right and not half a**ed like Jiffy Lube or other pit of the Berman is always professional and attentive; you confidently know that it's getting done right and not half a**ed like Jiffy Lube or other pit of the Earth shops. I've regrettably taken my car to jiffy Lube (Ashland Ave Location) out of convenience, for a tire patch and menacingly, the tech put 18lbs of weights on my repaired tire rim, because he hates his job, or perhaps paying customers. Don't B.S with non-professionals. Berman Auto Group will take care of you and not overcharge you in the process. All it took was one bad service visit outside of my usual place, luckily not an oil change, to make me realize the absolute benefits of going to Berman's dealers. Imagine what other shops do to your car to get you back in to their shop.... As the saying goes... you get what you pay for and in some cases, more than you bargained for. But even so, with Berman's $9.95 oil change coupon, the price could not be beat! It doesn't get better than Berman. You guys rock! More

I purchased my current vehicle on August 8th, 2019 in the evening. The following day I noticed in the daylight the car color seemed to be more of a bronze rather than the "Titanium Metallic" as advertised on their website. With not being in love with the color of the car I returned to the dealership on April 18th wanting to look at a different vehicle- even if it meant spending more money. I didn't think this would be a huge problem since they advertise heavily on their website a "30-Day Perfect Car Promise, Anytime, Any Reason, 30 Days/700 miles" After speaking with the salesman, I was told that I could buy a brand new car or come back in 6 months- other than that there was nothing they could do. I am not happy with my vehicle or Berman Nissan of Chicago for their practices- clearly they're just the typical dealership just wanting your money and when there is a problem they clearly do not want to help. More
