Outstanding service I was concerned about the safety of my 10 year old Nissan after an accident. It was recommended that I have the vehicle aligned because that would ind I was concerned about the safety of my 10 year old Nissan after an accident. It was recommended that I have the vehicle aligned because that would indicate any suspension damage from the crash. My service man from Berman Nissan was Brian. Brian gave me the bad news that the tie rod bolts were frozen and would need to be cut off to adjust the alignment (expensive). Brian then gave me the good news that the alignment was acceptable and that it was safe for the road without adjustment. More good news. Since the alignment could not be done, there was no charge. This is the great service I receive whenever I visit Berman Nissan. Thanks Brian. Thanks Berman. More
