Carmen is a great service writer who made the whole process from dropping off the car to picking it up super fast and convenient. Had an oil change, tire rotation and wiper repair scheduled for 10am. I came a little early, they took me right away and applied my coupons (found more in the system as well) which saved me at least scheduled for 10am.
