Purchased a new Nissan Rogue 2021 back in August. At 8,000 miles and 10,000 miles a warning light indicated System Malfunction Engine Power reduced. Was not fixed and car stalled at 12,000 miles. Requested a new vehicle and ended up paying 20% more for 20% less vehicle. Sales rep/GM was very nice and accommodated me the best he could but Nissan essentially sold me a vehicle with a defective engine then because they "had no Rogues" in stock made me by a smaller vehicle at a higher interested rate as I had no choice because mine was unsafe and I have to get work somehow. Many who work there are nice, and Lukasz who got me into the Rogue SV that day was excellent, but both my 2016 Nissan Altima and the 2021 Rogue had fuel pump issues and boy am I paying the price for their defective vehicles. Deshon Young has consistently provided professional service and great communication. On my last visit, Tony Griffin provided the same great service and communication. Continuity in service, communication and professionality is so important, alongside the aptitude and care by the mechanics and technicians. In my experience, all of this has been top notch at Berman. I accidentally went to the infinity dealership so I was late . But they accommodated me anyway ! Everyone was kind and professional ! And I even got a complimentary car wash !
