Unfortunately this was the second visit in a month for a stolen catalytic converter on a catering van. Brad was so kind and very helpful. I appreciated his patience as I explained my car situation. He kept me updated consistently and very politely explained my options throughout the ent I appreciated his patience as I explained my car situation. He kept me updated consistently and very politely explained my options throughout the entire process from repairs to payment options. He took the extra step and checked to see if my rear door sensor could be repaired under my warranty. It did and I had no idea. Again, just absolutely helpful. Thanks Brad! More
