Great selection of cars, but lacking in customer service. We found a vehicle we wanted. Good price. Although took more than 8 hours to get the process completed. Car was missing rail covers on luggage rack and we had to work hard to get them. Sales guy seemed very busy and rushed. Lost initial paperwork in trade value from day prior and then made a lower offer second day. Good thing we took a pic of it day before. Lots of quick talk that wasn’t needed or appreciated. Sales guy struggled with paperwork and misplaced copies of our drivers license. Upon driving vehicle home realized gas tank was on half full ( we were promised a full tank) CD player didn’t work and seatbelt adjuster on drivers side wouldn’t adjust. Simple things that shouldn’t be overlooked on a certified vehicle or a quality sale. Also found previous owners lip gloss rolling around back seat of car making a terrible clanking noise. Luckily it was just that and nothing bigger. Our local dealership in Appleton made the fixes on seat belt and CD player (all under warranty). Wish they would have had a car for us and not have had to deal with this dealership. If you have a lot of patience and they have the selection then maybe check them out. Finance guy was good to deal with. More
4 hours Expected oil change and tire rotation to take 2 hours max. Had 1 year old with me, so time was of the essence. Paper says I was given a world class all.point inspection, but apparently it wasn't as I had to tell the rep after the fact that I had a tire pressure issue on one tire and then they discovered I had a nail in it. If they checked the alerts, they would have seen the issue. That then took over an hour to fix. Time updates given were never accurate. Had to tell the rep my car was sitting and hadnt been washed. Not how I envisioned spending 4 hours on a Friday. Car washes are not thorough, tire spokes were not wiped out and back of car was still dirty/ hand prints smeares on car. Wasn't a happy camper when I left. More

Maybe my easiest car buying experience yet! I bought a used Honda for my daughter from Ken Zeller. It was probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I was happy with the c I bought a used Honda for my daughter from Ken Zeller. It was probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I was happy with the car itself and the deal. The car was a perfect fit for my daughter. My daughter is out of state. They took care of all paper work necessary to have it put into her name so that I would only pay tax there. Then they held the car for me until it was ready to be delivered to my daughter, which sounds minor, but I live in the city. I didn't need to pay for parking while waiting to set up delivery. Both my daughter and I are very happy! More

I am myself in the service industry, while sales is a great trait, so is customer service. What I look for in anything I buy, is my experience. You have to believe in what you’re selling and we could see Anthony believes in Infiniti. His belief is what made us feel secure in our purchase. This far, we couldn’t be more happy with our choice!
