Positive Retail Experience Chole, gave excellent presentation and detailed discussion. Chole also gave great follow up information. They just didnt have the Qx70 Sport and the Chole, gave excellent presentation and detailed discussion. Chole also gave great follow up information. They are efficient, upfront on how long they will need my vehicle and keep to their commitments. The free exterior wash and uber rides are a really nice touch that simplify my life and make servicing my Infinity seamless as possible. The waiting room is also great for me to relax with snacks/coffee and TV. Online booking of appointments is another feature I appreciate. Prices are always competing and reasonable. All the people I have interacted with are very professional and helpful. Ken Zeller even went out of his way to show me features I didn’t realized existed with the navigation, voice commands, and camera. He was very knowledgeable and helpful - it was a surprise and delight. More
