With these two gentlemen it was good experience The black marks were: The car had only one key fob and I believe for Berman Infiniti it could have been not a big deal at all to add a second one for free instead to "make" me purchase one. I use the word make because it will be irresponsible have only one key. Additionally that piece of information should have been disclosed before the purchase not after. Lastly, we received not support at delivery, gave us the key and kissed us goodbye like how to set up the Bluetooth with the phone. and Luis was incorrect to tell us that we could pair the phone for music with Bluetooth the 2009 G37 doesn't support that function. We had to go to Field Infiniti to figure out that and get the phone paired with the car. Little things, but sometime are the little things that could make the difference. BTW on your survey at the question Would you recommend the dealership? I would add the "not sure button" which I would have used in this instance. More
