My new friends at Infiniti I had a 2:15pm appointment on Saturday 1/20/18, I arrived around 1:25pm, and was greeted warmly, but it was a busy day therefore I did not get to test I had a 2:15pm appointment on Saturday 1/20/18, I arrived around 1:25pm, and was greeted warmly, but it was a busy day therefore I did not get to test drive the auto I purchased, also I never got a chance to figure out the technology of how the car worked, when I left the dealership, It was dark and I had try and figure what buttons to push, but over all Chloe was very attentive. and Vlad was great in helping me with the price. I did not have time during our first conversation to se My experience started with a call from Howar who was very pleasant to speak to over the phone. I did not have time during our first conversation to set up an appointment so I had to call back to arrange a test drive which Howar was more than happy to do for me. I arrived slightly early to the dealer, but when I got there I had to wait around for almost an hour for the vehicle to come from their lot so I could drive it. During my interaction with Addy Titre he seemed like he did not have the time for me because I was buying a used vehicle and was very combative to any points I had brought up regarding the vehicle. Being a former technician I wanted to perform a quick walk around to look at the vehicle in this short time the battery had went dead (with no accessories on). Also while looking at the inspection report I had noticed the wrong oil was used in the vehicle. This vehicle takes a 0w20 synthetic oil and they had used a 5w30 conventional oil. This is something that I know for a fact can cause damage to the engine and have an affect on fuel economy. While trying to address these concerns Addy seemed like he did not care even slightly and just wanted to get me out off his showroom floor. He continued to argue with me in regards to the oil concern until finding out that I was in fact correct at which point he told me "that is the oil they use and they will not be using the correct oil". I was quite shocked by this being a former technician and from working at other dealerships. To sum up my experience if not for the great pricing I would have walked out of the dealer as quickly as I walked in. VERY BAD ATTITUDE FROM THE SALESMAN! More
