don't judge the book by it's cover. The technicians should be more personable with the customers. After the repairs are done the need to go over with the customer about what was done by The technicians should be more personable with the customers. Also, respect towards the customer would ensure that that customer will come back for other services. When a customer have a small problem making a large payment using a credit card and the bank has to decline it until the bank make sure that the customer really is the person that is making this large payment, the technicians should not grin and laugh at each other in an assuming manner and make remarks to each other ( especially sitting close by the customer who is dealing with the bank at that time) these situations will happen when the customer make a large payment, and if the customer have a Freud Alert on his or her account! I feel this need to be mention to the sales reps and your technicians.I am sure that your customers would not have repairs done, and could not pay! Professionalism at all times. Without the customers the technicians and the sales reps would not have employment. More

First Visit To Infiniti Dealership Was driving pass on my way to a Toyota Dealership, stopped by to view car selection and exited with a new car. Had no idea what I wanted but did like Was driving pass on my way to a Toyota Dealership, stopped by to view car selection and exited with a new car. Had no idea what I wanted but did like the Q50. One week later I dropped by to wrap up the deal and fell in love with the Q70. Dealership needs a variety of cars in the showroom now I am stuck with the Q50. Car did not come with tinted windows or a cover for rear to hide belongings -this should be standard and not sold separately. More
