Problem Solving KEN! My 05 G35x was standing on it's last leg and unfortunately began overheating. I drove it into service and the work was completed within 4 days costing My 05 G35x was standing on it's last leg and unfortunately began overheating. I drove it into service and the work was completed within 4 days costing me $850.00! I couldn't fathom paying this much for a car that was now 13 years old and almost done being paid for. I wanted to weigh my options and see if I could look into trading it in. I was upside down on my car payments (meaning I still owed more than what the car was actually worth) I was running out of money and patience. Ken came over to the service department and was pleasant from start to finish! He tried to keep me positive and worked really hard to stay within the specified budget and down payment I was hoping to get. I was tired and the banks began to close. We reconvened on Friday and although I was back in my 05 I was so ready to start driving something new. Ken and I stayed in constant contact on Friday and on Saturday Ken called me with awesome news! He was able to get the monthly payments and down payment where I needed it to be and in the car I wanted CPO Q50! My experience was lengthy as it stretched through a number of days but I am so pleased with my purchase. Ken is great at what he does! He was patience even when I became difficult, he was honest (which I appreciated), he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and has years of experience!I love my car and I'm so glad I met Ken and he was the professional who made my dream come true!I am so happy to now be driving in a car that I not only love but a car that's safe and reliable!
