Lots of difficulties, but they try to rectify. I brought my car in to get Tinted as the dealership offered a pretty good deal. I was told it would take 2-3 hours and that I could then pick my car. I brought my car in to get Tinted as the dealership offered a pretty good deal. I was told it would take 2-3 hours and that I could then pick my car. After 8 hours had passed and I had to call the dealership several times to ask for an update, I was able to get my vehicle. The tint job was good, but there were several bubbles from the vendor they said would be on-site but instead my vehicle was taken to the vendor. Someone else was in service helping me and they offered the have it redone at Berman's cost and we scheduled it over a week in advance, giving them plenty of time to make sure the vendor could come to the dealership as they promised and everything would be in order. Fast forward to my service appointment to get the tint redone, I was again told it would be a few hours. A few hours pass and I get a call expecting to hear my vehicle is ready only to hear an apologetic call that they were scrambling to find someone to redo the tint even though there was ample time to prepare for my appointment. A solution was agreed upon where the dealership would bring my car to a tint shop and fill my tank for the inconvenience, but it still took several hours and because of this, the dealership brought my vehicle to my home around 6:30pm. Berman strives to do good, but it seems time and time again they fall sort of their promises. I at least appreciate the extra step they take to go above and beyond to fix their problems. Oh, and the receptionist at the service center is very very rude. If you can get a direct line to a service associate, try that number instead. More

Poor service and wait time I made an appointment for a tire patch; when I arrived I explained to the service tech that I saw a nail while putting air in my tire and tire pressur I made an appointment for a tire patch; when I arrived I explained to the service tech that I saw a nail while putting air in my tire and tire pressure light was on. I wanted an hour for service to find out nothing happened with the Car.. They proceeded to tell me they didn’t see the nail in my tire and there’s nothing to be done, I was livid. I had to go back and forth with tech, he was very rude basically saying my appointment meant nothing and they finally checked it again while I waited another hour for them to complete the patch. This is ridiculous, I left feeling like I should’ve gone someplace else because I was treated unfairly, I can only imagine if it was something more extensive.. More
