Wanted an Infiniti - Got an Infiniti Good dealer. Not sure exactly how our bill went from 50,000+ to 60,000 but I guess that’s on me. Base car was 50, bought some insurance for 1200, lease I think we were liable for 1800... maybe the rest was tax. Looking back I would love to know whether we were dinged for 2 scrapes on the leased vehicle? Mostly just curiosity on my part. Anyway we love the new vehicle. And I love that Jimmy spent time pairing our phones, setting the drivers seat, and additional time going over the controls with my wife. Our third purchase from Berman’s. More

Not the best experience for buying expensive cars More than this dealer, it is Infinity itself which has low quality service compared to Mercedes Benz or Audi or Lexus. Even a Toyota dealership has better customer experience. It starts from the top - the managers are very indifferent I was stuck with a sales guy who had 1 month of experience - he was clearly afraid to make any commitments without his boss approving, and the boss would never come out to clarify (he was texting on his cell phone for much of my stay) I bought a certified used car - it has only one key; the manager acts as though this is perfectly normal - in which world? If I want an additional key, he will have it cut for another $300; so why was this not stated before purchasing the car? Infinity policy is apparently to fill used cars half tank and new cars full tank after purchase. I said I will pay you the extra $20 bucks, can you just fill my used car? So I do not have to stop at a gas station in next two days? Unbelievable policy - never happened to me at a German car dealership - no class here Vijay Suri More

Great experience! My overall experience with Berman's Infiniti Chicago was great. Right from when I saw the QX60 on Cargurus to the point I drove it off their lot, my i My overall experience with Berman's Infiniti Chicago was great. Right from when I saw the QX60 on Cargurus to the point I drove it off their lot, my interaction with the staff especially a lady called Chloe Alsubagh was pleasant and helpful. Chloe was instrumental in me buying the car considering the fact that I was in Kansas City Missouri. She facilitated everything, all I needed to do was drive to Chicago and pick up my car. It was unfortunate I could not see her in person to thank her on the day I picked up the car because She was off. Ken Feller was very friendly and helpful too. He helped me returned my rental car just minutes before the closest location close, thereby preventing me from driving to Chicago airport to return the rental car which could have been a disaster considering my wife is heavily pregnant and wasn't in the mood to drive. Also, it was Saturday and St Patrick's Day, the traffic was crazy. My only negative was with Joseph Limijuco, head of the finance department. I think he was deliberately dishonest with me when he told me he would have given me an APR of 2.79% when he learned that my bank financed the car at 2.84%. And the reason I say this is because I was in talks with Chloe for a week long negotiating interest rate. According to her, they could not give me anything less than 4% after all her effort of trying to reduce it from 5.5% intial offer, despite the fact that my FICO score was 786. And I find it hard to believe that Joseph was not aware of the discussions. Because of Joseph, I intially thought of rating my experience 4 stars, but I think my overall experience worth 5 stars. Their boss Ray was also friendly and welcoming. So far we love the car and hope to enjoy it for a long time. More
