Disapointed The week before I went in for service, I called the dealer service department. I asked the young lady that I had a question about the warranty on the The week before I went in for service, I called the dealer service department. I asked the young lady that I had a question about the warranty on the tires because I had purchased mine from there. She said that she would direct my call to the warranty specialist but, no one was there. She took my name and phone number so that they could call me back. I never received a phone call. So I went online did the live chat. I asked her the same question and she was not sure. She took down my email and cell number. Also I have not heard from anyone. I went to get an oil change and I asked Kelly the representative about the warranty and to take a look at my tires because I had a screw in it. I arrived at 1300 and did not get my truck until 1620. I had to wait over two hours for an oil change. That is outrages. The only reason I got my car at that time was because I went up to Kelly to see what was going on. I waited patiently by his desk while he was with other customers. He gave the customer undivided attention which I was ok with but when it was my turn. He looked bothered and kept telling me that they were under staff. Someone had called off and he has not been to lunch or gone to the bathroom. As I asked about my truck he seemed annoyed. He told me that I would need a new tire so, I asked to see if my warranty would cover it. He seemed even more bothered. Thru out all of this he would stop and leave to the lounge and get other customers because he said that i would have to wait. Due to that he had to call and verify my warranty. Even I asked him when I first arrived. He was more concerned about leaving at 1630, than helping me. He would walk other customers to their cars men and women. I did not receive the same treatment. I am very disappointed with my service, I have been going there for years. More

Reluctantly called the dealer to expect the “no open time slot” response. Much to my dismay I was told to get the car in so they could diagnose the problem. By Noon I was told the problem was under warranty and they had replacement parts and could pick the car up by 3. outstanding service and they went beyond my expectations. More
