Excellent Customer Service 2 months after I purchased a vehicle there was a loose part that squeaked. I asked if that would be covered and the amazing people at the service center called the dealership and got it all sorted out for me free of charge since the car was so new. Excellent Service Team! I went in for an oil change and was received by friendly and courteous service personnel. The waiting area was clean and had good snacks. The front desk person came by periodically to ask if we were okay and to replenish snacks. Check out was a breeze and my car looked gorgeous after a complimentary car wash. I used to take my car to Berman Infiniti Merrillville but they have lost a customer to their sister shop! More
