Certified vehicle joke I purchased a certified G37. My sales person was Addy. He was nice and pleasant. The completion of my sale was done by Ray and Joseph, the next day be I purchased a certified G37. My sales person was Addy. He was nice and pleasant. The completion of my sale was done by Ray and Joseph, the next day because Addy was off. Ray did an "I owe you" to paint the vehicle door, which he verbally said the passenger doors would be done, but only one door was fixed. Joseph was okay. He closed the deal, but I felt like he knew something was wrong with the vehicle. As I was leaving, I noticed a nice size hole on the driver side vehicle mate. I briefly spoke with Luis. He verified the vehicle I had just purchased and stated that they will replace the mates when I brought the car back for the "I owe you." Once I got home after driving the car some distance, I noticed a few things. The number one thing was the noise I heard when braking. I reach out to them immediately. I was told that the vehicle will be fix when I brought the car back for the "I owe you." Since my purchase date in April 2018, my car had been in their possession a total of three times totaling over two weeks for the brake issue with no true compensation. Nonetheless, the issue still exist today, end of June 2018. I've spoke with Hillary in reference to this issue previously. I've called a few times now, but she's now unreachable and left her a message a week ago and still have yet to speak with her. Completely unacceptable for a certified vehicle! More
