Well I recently noticed a snafu in the programming of the Intellikey. I called Berman service. Nick scheduled an appointment within a day and they provided a loaner on the day of service. Hillary greeted me with a smile just like her voice is on the phone. Once service was completed Nick made sure that all was well with the new key. My car was fabulously cleaned and I was on my way. Seamless, professional service as usual!!! More

They use text messages and email to communicate their recommendations and you can easily accept or reject each service and you have a clear record of costs upfront.
