A very knowledgeable, respectful and honest Salesman from Infiniti - Hooker St. Chicago! My wife and I left a message on the Infiniti website about a model we were interested in kind of late the night before. We were simply surprised by the quick callback early in the morning. Something very unexpected during the confinement! An appointment was immediately set, we got there on time, the reception and the atmosphere were very friendly. We first tried a Q50, a very good car with a turbo but kind of noisy to us. We asked Jimmy if we could try the Q60 and very kindly he got the car prepared and ready for the ride in a very short period of time! We immediately knew that was the right choice. Without being pushy or fake, this gentleman guided us to the right car after explaining almost everything about all the specificities, features and functions. As for the paperwork, everything went so fast and smoothly (I think her name is Choe), another very professional and honest lady. It's rare to deal with people not trying to trick you when it comes to car dealers. We are very satisfied and thankful to Jimmy's amazing experience and kindness.
