Superior service I was immediately greeted by kelly who explained my service options. I was directed to the waiting area and informed of time my vehicle would be ready I was immediately greeted by kelly who explained my service options. I was directed to the waiting area and informed of time my vehicle would be ready. Kelly brought out the paperwork and directed me to my vehicle when the work was finished. Great customer service! Although the group originally thought they wouldn't have a loaner car for me to use for at least a week, they were able to find me a great car to use Although the group originally thought they wouldn't have a loaner car for me to use for at least a week, they were able to find me a great car to use while they worked on my car that same day! The work on my audio/GPS system took 7 days as expected and I received a call as soon as it was done for me to come pick up my car. They even went so far as to wash the exterior making the car look good as new. Thank you! More

Slow service. Lack of communication. For even simple services like an oil change, the department takes too long. This last experience was the worst. I went in for oil change and to check For even simple services like an oil change, the department takes too long. This last experience was the worst. I went in for oil change and to check the tire pressure light that had come on same day. I was told they’d check in with me in about 50 minutes. I finally went to check after an hour and a half and was told the car was being cleaned and almost done?! When asked what was wrong with my tire I was then told “Oh yeah, you’re leaking pressure through the rim. It’s $159 to get it sealed.” So the car had to go from being washed back into the bay. I was told it would be another 30-40 minutes. After an hour I checked again. I received an email that the car was done but it wasn’t. All in it took 3.5 hours. Jermaine did take $10 off which doesn’t make up for the wasted time. More
