2hr+ wait for an oil change I called and booked an appointment for an oil change the day of, while speaking with the service desk attendant that was scheduling my appointment i w I called and booked an appointment for an oil change the day of, while speaking with the service desk attendant that was scheduling my appointment i was informed it woul take 1hr-1.5hr. After arriving i waa told it would take 2 hrs, i reluctantly agreed due to the fact that i had my son with me. After waiting 1.5hrs i stepped into the service department to check on the progress, the service attendant that i was dealing with explained that it had only been washed but would be done at the 2 hr point. It was unsettling to think that they were going to rush through my oil change and courtesy check, but i let them proceed due to time wasted. After the 2 hr point i went to check and my car was sitting in the same spot, at that point I decided to leave. I left my business card and was told that a manager would contact me, but have yet to hear from him after 4 business days. Needless to say i will not be using them again. More

Mehhhh No call to tell me what the CES light code was. No call when car was ready. I got there and only one poor guy (Nick) was working the desk trying to get to 5 other people - felt bad for him - did the best he could. Notes on one of my issues were vague/incomplete. Figured at least it’d be washed for me, but wasn’t. Driving from the burbs to the city for service wasn’t worth it. Will take elsewhere. More
