Ramon Gonzalez answered all of my questions and made sure my car was in service the next day first thing in the morning. His professionalism and service was autstand answered all of my questions and made sure my car was in service the next day first thing in the morning. His professionalism and service was autstanding and even offered to get an Uber for me after dropping off my car. He then made sure that my car was ready within the two hours of which we had agreed on and requested an Uber for me once again to return to service. Overall, my experience at BERMAN was great and I would give this a 5 star service and would also recomend my friends going there. Thank you so much for everything More

Addy went out of his way to make us comfortable with our purchase. He had the license plates changed while we took a break for lunch, synced our iPhones to the car, and took the initiative to program our home address in the navigation system to make the trip home to Milwaukee easier.
