Hidden agendas I was told that I could call and have my vehicle serviced through valeting. When I called to set the appointment. I was told I lived to far. I didn’t quite understand it because I live in Chicago and it’s a Chicago dealership. I was not aware that there was certain mileage I needed to live in order to be provided with the valet service. The only reason I stayed with Infiniti car company was because of some of the service the company provided for their customer. Understand this has been the second time that I have been disappointed by this company. For a luxury car company, it sure doesn’t feel like luxury at all. Sucks! Don’t think I’m recommending or reconsidering this company. Thanks but no thanks! More

Service department solid / reception, not so much While the service guy Kelly did a wonderful job with his professionalism, communication and efficiency, the gal working the desk was mediocre at best.
